Some views from my hotel room at the Linyi Hotel, Room 1413, followed by a lunch with Ke Feng and Ping Zhao before going to lecture in the afternoon.

Bread is quite popular in Linyi, and seems to form a part of many meals. It's an interesting contrast to the rice that seems to be more commonly served in the South of China. The restaurant had a kitchen with an attached gallery where patrons could select their dishes.
